Swiss German University Alumni Affairs Department together with IKA SGU (Ikatan Alumni/Alumni Association Swiss German University) and Alumni Association of the study programs provides the information requested by the alumni, accommodates ideas and feebacks from the alumni and facilitates the needs of the alumni.
All SGU alumni are warmly encouraged to contact this department, as SGU representative to communicate with, in regard to academic and/or non-academic matter. Be it information about the arrangement of missing academic documentations, master degree application papers (reference letter/recommendation letter), job information for fresh graduates and alumni with working experiences or alumni gathering requests.
To keep the alumni database updated and as regulated by KEMENRISTEKDIKTI Alumni Affairs department conduct annual surveys for the graduates. The first survey is conducted in December/January annualy, and aims to receive information for the graduates regarding their employment 5-6 months after graduating. The second survey is conducted in September/October. The subject of the survey are the alumni, who has graduated for 2 years from SGU. Through the survey SGU wishes to gain more comprehensive information from its alumni regarding the feedback to SGU, experiences about job and careers, self-assessment on your competences, etc.
